What happens if my jewellery does not fit?
We are happy to adjust certain pieces of jewellery after purchase. If you contact us, we will advise whether an adjustment is possible or if an additional charge may apply.
What is your policy on returns, exchanges, warranties, and repairs?

You describe yourself as an ethical jeweller. What does this mean?
Ethical sourcing is one of our core values. We only use ethically sourced gold and silver in our jewellery. All of our pieces are made with precious or semi-precious gemstones, and where possible, these are ethically sourced as well.
How long will it take to receive my jewellery?
Orders typically arrive within five working days. However, if the item is out of stock or requires a different size, delivery may take up to 8 to 12 weeks.
